Congratulations to our Technical Manager David Wilkinson and Project Manager Bert Bonatti upon receiving the Royal Town Planning Institute, Wales Planning Award 2015 for the restoration of Plas Penddeuglawdd, grade 2 listed building.
With the help of skilled local contractors and working together with Denbighshire Planning Officer and N.W Housing Association the challenge was to restore, preserve and enhance the fabric of one of the oldest surviving buildings in Rhyl and bring affordable homes for local people.
A huge well done to all those who were involved in the project.
