St Asaph and Daresbury based Pure Residential & Commercial Ltd. has recently submitted a full planning application for a new housing development on an 8 acre site directly opposite Betsi Cadwalader’s main campus at Bodelwyddan Hospital

The proposed development is offering a range of house types from apartments, 2,3 & 4 bed homes and given the sites location being adjacent to main A55 coast road then demand is sure to high.

Managing Director of Pure Residential & Commercial Chris White said:
“We are delighted to be able to have secured this prime site and we have put forward an exciting new development that will hopefully see the delivery of a high number of top quality homes that the area desperately needs to satisfy demand. With a wide range of house types available, there is something here for everyone from key workers accommodation through to traditional family homes all in a distinctive new house style that area has never seen before, confirming our position as a progressive quality housebuilder”

The application is now in planning and the company hope to gain the necessary approvals and commence works on site in 2022.
