As an experienced Project Manager with the drive to take the business forward from an operational perspective, you will work closely with our Commercial and Contracts Manager at a senior level on a variety of new and continuing work.

Supervise the completion of all construction in accordance with the Architects and Engineers drawings.
Determine with the Senior Management Team the most cost effective plan, to ensure the site runs to programme whilst producing a high quality of work in full accordance with the contract.
Evaluate trades performance and ensure targets are achieved. Schedule all construction activities required, coordinate sub-contractors and determine labour and plant requirements.
Monitor the delivery and use of materials, tools and equipment, the quality of construction and worker productivity and safety.
Produce concise site records via the Company Computer System – Procore.
Ensure that you and all staff working with you comply with the Company QUENSH System (Quality Management).
Essential Skills And Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager with a house builder
• Degree/HNC/NVQ in Construction Management
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshall
• Temporary Works Coordinator
• Appropriate CSCS card
