25 August 2021 – The St Asaph and Daresbury based developer & contractor continues its drive forward having now settled into its new 11,000 square foot office space.
The striking new office was designed in house and was built and delivered by its sister company K & C Construction to enable its continued growth delivering its construction pipeline of over £160m of new developments across the region.
Part of this development program is to construct a further 5 steel portal commercial units on the ever expanding Tir Llwyd Enterprise Park in Kinmel Bay having constructed two units already that are now occupied and were was part funded by the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) to stimulate growth and jobs.
